The Open Lodging Plan
• Qualified residence owners at Turtle Cove Beach Club Resort and Marina are eligible to place their residence into the Rentall Management Plan
on an weekly basis. Owners who participate in the Private Lodging Plan can derive rental revenue while still retaining the option to use their unit.
• Caicos Beach Club Resort and Marina will be operated as a Condo Hotel Resort, however, the one difference between Turtle Cove Beach Club
Resort and Marina and your local hotel is that the net proceeds from Lodging Fees go to the owners that placed their residence in the Private Lodging Plan.
The Open Lodging Plan will operate as follows:
Gross Lodging Fees for a Month are received - that is the per night revenue that is paid by guests staying at the Resort.
Gross Expenses for the Month are deducted - these are the expenses that are disclosed in your purchase agreement.
Net Lodging Income is given to the Owner.
